Terms of Use

1. Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Flifup mobile app (the "App") and to Flifup Pro. Flifup is provided by Flifup, based in Chattogram, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these Terms.

Purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Where these Terms and Google Play's terms disagree about a payment, Google Play's terms apply to that payment.

2. The App

Flifup is a personal productivity app for tasks, habits, goals, notes and lists, focus sessions, voice capture and reports. It works without an account: what you create is stored on your device, not on our servers.

The App is free to download, and its core features are free to use — including tasks, habits, goals, notes and lists, the focus timer and stopwatch, voice capture, and reports over the last 7 and 30 days. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Flifup Pro

Flifup Pro is an optional upgrade. It currently adds:

• Reports over the last 90 days and the last year.
• Comparisons of each reporting period with the period before it.
• Patterns showing which parts of the day you focus and which weekdays you get things done.

Pro is calculated on your device from the data you have recorded in Flifup. It does not create an account, sync your data or send your content anywhere. Features that are free when you start using the App are not moved behind Pro.

4. Purchases, billing & renewal

Flifup Pro is sold through Google Play, which processes the payment. We never see or store your payment card details. The price, currency and any taxes are shown by Google Play in the App before you confirm a purchase, and may differ by country.

• Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. It is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm, and again at the start of each month until you cancel.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It is charged once and never renews. It gives you Flifup Pro for as long as we continue to offer and support the App, with no further payment.

We do not currently offer free trials or introductory prices. If we ever do, the terms of that offer will be shown in the App before you buy.

Some payment methods take time to complete. If a payment is pending, Pro unlocks once Google Play confirms it.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time in Google Play (Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or from play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. The App's Settings screen also links there. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

When you cancel, you keep Flifup Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not renewed after that, and Reports goes back to the free 7- and 30-day views. Your data is not affected.

6. Refunds

Payments are processed by Google Play, so refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. You can request a refund from Google Play directly. If you have a problem with a purchase, you are also welcome to email us and we will help where we can.

If a purchase is refunded, charged back or revoked, Flifup Pro is removed from the account it was bought with. Nothing you created in the App is deleted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund or remedy that you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

7. Restoring purchases

Flifup has no account of its own, so Flifup Pro is linked to the Google account you bought it with. To unlock it on a new or reset phone, sign in to Google Play with that account, open Flifup and tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the Flifup Pro screen. An active subscription or a lifetime purchase is restored; an expired subscription is not.

8. Changes to Pro and prices

We may change what Flifup Pro includes and what it costs. A price change for an existing subscription follows Google Play's rules, including any notice and consent Google Play requires, and never applies to a period you have already paid for. A price change does not affect a lifetime purchase you have already made.

9. Acceptable use

• Use the App only in ways that are lawful.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with purchase verification, or obtain Flifup Pro without paying for it.
• Do not copy, resell or redistribute the App, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

10. Your content

What you create in Flifup belongs to you. It is stored on your device, and we do not have access to it. Because there is no cloud copy, you are responsible for keeping your own backups — the App's Backup feature in Settings lets you export a file you can keep. If you lose or reset your device without a backup, we cannot recover your data.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Reports, comparisons and patterns are counted from the data you enter; they are not professional, medical or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored on your device, arising from your use of the App. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Flifup Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
